Boris is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator. He has led teams in designing and facilitating innovation and growth programs around the globe for both commercial and impact organisations. An example is the Oxfam “Impact@scaleaccelerator Asia” Boris set up, in which he trained and accompanied 10 teams of various Asian countries for 3 years. Other examples are the expeditions he led in Nepal and China with Asian teams learning from local entrepreneurship practice.
Boris holds an MBA of the university of Groningen and was trained by a.o. THNK, Asian Leadership Institute (Thailand) and the International Development Innovation Alliance (IDIA).
Over the course of his career Boris has shown a keen interest in how we (as teams) manifest and use our personal qualities.
