Annemarie brings 25 years of experience as a strategic adviser, impact consultant, and executive coach. Together with her international team, she’s on a mission to reduce social and economic inequalities by turning every business into a force for good. With out of the box ideas, she brings together unusual parties. With a focus on sustainability, diversity, and social goals. She is razor sharp in her approach, always speaks her mind. And can confront like no-other with a big dose of compassion.

Her social entrepreneurial adventure started in 2010, when she joined Better Future as a partner. In 2014, she moved to NYC to start Better Future U.S. Moving back to the Netherlands in 2019, she became the Director and owner of Better Future. She’s the chair of the Board of Heilige Boontjes – a Rotterdam based program creating education and job opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals and drop-outs.
