Aart is a strategic advisor, program designer and facilitator with over thirty years of experience in sense-making, change and organizational development. He works at the intersection of strategy, leadership and culture, known for creating environments where honesty and safety go hand in hand. His focus: holding space where tension and difference are not avoided, but used as a source of new possibilities.

He has led leadership and strategy programs across finance, healthcare, education, government and international networks in agriculture and circularity. He designs learning environments where leaders and teams challenge assumptions, surface the undercurrents, and create collective movement. Alongside his client work, he initiates learning communities that explore shared language and deeper understanding.

For Aart, cooking is a joy and a way to connect with others. Every week, neighbors drop by his home for a warm meal and conversation, and once a month he cooks with people who are distanced from the labor market. Food as a thread of connection.
