Coen is a facilitator, coach and consultant. He started his career as a marketeer and business developer. Since 2004, he’s worked with a wide range of Leadership Institutes in several countries, developing an eclectic style of facilitating leadership development and change. He helps people to experience what it means to be a good leader. Coen believes no leader is the same, just as no person is the same. He encourages leaders to find their talent and be aware of their old habits, to find their own unique way of leading. Coen uses many playful, powerful methods to bring out the best in people and organizations.

Coen’s way of working was influenced by ‘de Baak’ where he started his career in facilitation. He makes use of Theory U, systemic work and nature to invite people to slow down and find a deeper meaning in personal and business challenges.
