About Face the Future

It is about making human connections. Not about what you are, but who you are. Newcomers and Dutch people learn from each other and work together on their future. To really understand the other person and see yourself through a different set of eyes. That is Face the Future: a Better Future program that brings a group of 12 newcomers together with a group of 12 employees from Dutch organizations. During three intensive days they learn from each other and work together on their future ambitions. It is also the start of a 1 on 1 ‘buddy program’ of six months. Face the Future is a wonderful program, but it also needs to get organized. Will you join our team?
